Last February our ex-HR MANAGER invited us to her daughter's wedding ceremony.Norraberrys is responsible for the wedding cake booth.So,she had asked me to make a mini frame to place on the wedding cake table so that she wouldn't need to write anything on the cake itself. She sends me a romantic poem for me to type in the frame.So,i quilled a rose,some fringe flowers and quill some curls to form a heart shape.I love it especially the butterflies that i bought from a wedding store. May they live happily ever after....... :)

Belated Anniversary???

Hi dearies,good morning.How are you doing today? Remember my two posts on the quilled on frame with khat writing? I got another one that i have quilled for my in laws for their wedding anniversary that coincidentally falls on my birthday.Have waited for so long to hand them the gift but both of them were extremely busy,so i just got the chance last few days.I'm glad they love it. Before i could quill the design, i was thinking of what colours i should use..then i came out with the idea when i saw the colours of their wall clock in one of their kids photo.. haha...!! it's their theme colour.. :)

Simple Plan

Simple Plan...it's my project,not the group of singer..heh.. This time i wish to apply a simple quillings for a family frame. I think, this quillings look good with khat. Remember my post One and only? I really love this flower and the colours too...so,i've dercided to 'repeat the history'.... :)

For Their Wedding

Hello,hello,hello! Good morning friends! This time i would like to show you something new to me. It's a quills on frame~erk,that's not new! Hm...the new things is..what's inside the frame and the frame size itself. This is the first time I quill on this kind of frame size. It's 35.5 x 28cm (14 inch x 11 inch). This is what we call Jawi Character using khat method of writing. This khat writing was written by a young man who participated in a Handcraft Festival held in our state last month. He's a very nice guy,so we took picture with him..hee...the girl with the striped shirt is my sister. :)

Below is the frame i was talking about. It says in there 'Happy Wedding Day ~ Syuhada & Syukri ~ Happily Ever After~ From Me & Hubby). Actually their wedding was held on last December. But, as i said before,due to my condition and time,i just finish it this week. Is there any Belated Wedding Day wishes? Heh..
As you can see,there's one image that the one before i decided to add one more colour of stripes because it looks quite dull with only one colour.I thought it would be more nice if it got two colours.
Really hope they will like it.. :)

it's LOVE...

Hello,all.How are you doing?Ok,ok.. there're few friends asking me why am i too silent..no any update on my blog.Ya,i'm really sorry.Got a few family issues to handle.Plus my dad was not too well makes me really not in the mood to do any quilling.And no time also.But now,Alhamdullillah,i'm back.Everything is getting better. And i got my mood back,plus a lot of ideas showering in.Even i didn't make any post,i always update myself with the latest quilling trend and designs.Wow,it's awesome! Really creative! Now,i'm back with more ideas.But first,i still need to stick with my old plan.Need some space to 'train' myself again.Haha! But first,i got this order from my friend.She wish to hang this frame in her bedroom.I know she loves it.To quill it,not so hard.But to glue it....huh! u know how... hm... :)

Quilled on Frames

They are two lovely sisters requested me to decorate two photo frames for them. They requested to have same design with black+white and black+purple butterfly. I tried my best to make it simmetrical..guess i need to practise more on this..hm... and the other frame is for their nephews.. :)

FoR mY gReAt PaReNtS !!!

My Ayah n Ibu's birthday is coming on this 27th..ya,they celebrate their birthday on the same date..! hehe! what a lovely soul mate..I love them so much! My mum once requested me to decorate a photo frame for her n my father. I am glad finally i managed to do it...in a calm and lovely mood...i must say,this is really 'made from love'.. he... :) I'm sure they'll love it..I plan to put their oldies time photos in the frame to tell them that they are always look young in my eyes.. :)

I got a request from my sister to make a Thank You frame for her colleagues as she's going to resign and further her study. She temporarily working in a very popular hypermarket and i was thinking to quill the name of the company itself. After some thoughts,i decided to quill the Thank You words instead. I always wish to use purple tones in my projects,and this is the right time to start with it. This is my first typography quillings..not so easy though.But i'm glad i did it! hehe... :D With some quill flowers and loose coils as a 1/4 border, i came out with this at last....what do you think,friends?  :)

Quilled Photo Frame

My first project on quilled frame. My old friend of mine has ordered a card,at first for her mum.But then change her mind to quilled frame right after she watched a segment in TV3 (on quilling project).She requested me to design a frame decorated with quilled sunflower,strawberry with soft blue and pink theme + english style background. With Happy Mother's day, Mum I love You Forever in Jawi handwriting (credit to my hubby for his effort in creating the words).And she even ask me to decorate a gift box too!! Hm...1st I was thinking of white base photo frame,for the English look. I took out my English flower ribbon and started to quilled sunflower and strawberry.And roses too! Qulling roses is the challengging part because i just learn to do it,not mastered it yet.. :( But i've tried my best,and this is what i come out with.And she really made my day.This morning,she sms me and said that she LOVES it! Her mum loves it too.And she wish to request me to do more of this theme.Hm..what a strawberry and sunflower fanatic!! Thanks to her and interestingly, when i went to her house (cash-on-delivery),i even got a plastic full of ciku fruit,cabbage,brinjal and bananas. Huh! It's worth for a long journey to her house!
